How to fill a bag?
Subscription customers use a 13-gallon bag (equivalent to 22 lbs). We’ll deliver back in our bags. One-time customers also use a 13-gallon bag.
Who is responsible for left items?
Please check your pockets before sending your clothes. We are not responsible for any damage.
Identity protection?
All your card information is protected.
Do you fold and hang clothes?
We hang dress shirts, dresses, and slacks. We fold everything else.
Can my clothes air dry?
Yes, if you request air drying.
Will my clothes wash separately?
Yes, we wash all customers’ clothes separately.
Is there anything you won't clean or charge extra for?
We will clean contaminated items for an extra $35, including human and animal fluids, and excessive pet hair.
Do I need to separate my clothes?
No, we will handle it.
Pick-up and delivery?
Our standard turnaround is 24 hours.
Do I have to be home?
No, you don’t have to be. We will pick up your bag from the location you identify.
Do you charge for missed pickups?
If you scheduled service and our driver is unable to pick up your laundry, you will be charged $15.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept only electronic payments.
When is my payment due?
Payment is due when the driver picks up your laundry.
