Introduction
Welcome to Washing Bee. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Service Agreement
By scheduling a pick-up or subscribing to our plans, you enter into a service agreement with Washing Bee. This agreement outlines the services we provide, your responsibilities, and our commitments.
Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of laundry pick-up. We accept only electronic payments. If a scheduled pick-up is missed due to the customer’s unavailability, a $15 fee will be charged.
Laundry Care
We take utmost care in handling your laundry. However, we are not responsible for items left in pockets or any pre-existing damage to the clothing. Customers are advised to check their garments before sending them for cleaning.
Stain Removal
We strive to remove all stains but cannot guarantee complete removal. Customers should understand that some stains may be permanent despite our best efforts.
Special Items
We charge an additional $35 for cleaning contaminated items, including those with human or animal fluids and excessive pet hair. Customers must inform us of any such items in their laundry.
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. In case of disputes, please contact our customer service team for resolution.
