Ava’s place was exactly what we needed and holy moly, it was such a warm and cozy place!!
Her home is right near a grocery store, drug store and restaurants!!

We loved our stay so much we wished we could take the place with us. This stay should be the golden standard for all airbnbs and the host, Ava was amazing and kind!

Pack only clothes! Ava’s place had EVERYTHING. Tons of goodies, water, coffee and tea station, popcorn, a snack station, fully stocked kitchen with all of the seasonings. The bathroom had Q-tips, sunblock, lotion, shower bombs, make up wipes, first aid kit, cottonballs, lighted makeup mirrors, razors, and more. We were welcomed with a personalized sign and a large heart-shaped box made of chocolate filled with chocolate truffles and towel swans with roses and rose petals on the bed. The office cubby had every type of power adapter, great lighting, and comfortable chair with excellent WiFi. The bed was super comfy, tons of pillows, extra blankets, towels, and throw blankets throughout. Ava’s thoughtfulness in the details—too many to list!—makes this home our favorite AirBnB.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special ❤︎ From the popcorn maker to the record player, every detail showed how much care Ava puts into her Airbnb. It truly felt like a little escape!

Ava was also incredibly responsive – when we asked about adjusting the temperature, she happily accommodated right away and even checked in the next day to make sure everything was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped too, even including an air fryer (something I rarely find in other Airbnbs!).

Overall, it was the perfect stay for what we were looking for—far beyond our expectations. Thank you, Ava! We’ll definitely be back in the future ❤︎

My husband and I stayed two weeks at Niagara Escape/Luxury Retreat.
It’s one of the best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in.
When you enter the apartment, you will discover that the host has made great efforts to make you feel welcome.

The apartment is a fully-furnished home away from home.
Alexa, an AI-powered voice assistant, plays music, provides weather forecasts and does a host of other stuff.
I had a good laugh when I told Alexa to do the laundry.

Ava is a super host. She was always prompt in responding to our needs. She provided everything to make our vacation enjoyable and memorable. By carefully and correctly laballing the things in the house we had no difficulty locating whatever we needed.

The neighborhood was calm, clean and safe. A short walk from Lundy’s Lane along which are located many grocery stores, coffee shops, banks and lots more.

When next we visit Niagara Falls, Niagara Escape will always be our first port of call.
It is more than a five star Airbnb.

Just had a couple nights here and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood following all the energy at the Falls. Very thoughtful touches and details throughout this comfortable space.
