Our goal is to provide flexible and fair cancellation terms while maintaining the integrity of our reservations.

1. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellation terms may vary depending on how the booking was made:

For Direct Bookings:

• Free Cancellation:Up to 7 days before check-in.
• 50% Refund:For cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
• No Refund:Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows.

Airbnb/Other Platform Bookings:

The cancellation policy shown on that platform applies and may differ from direct booking terms.

2. Early Departure

Leaving the property earlier than scheduled does not qualify for a refund.

3. Host-Initiated Cancellations

Niagara Escape may cancel a reservation for reasons such as:

• Safety or maintenance issues
• Violation of terms or house rules
• Emergency circumstances

Guests will be refunded in full if the cancellation is not related to rule violations.

4. Date Changes / Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability and rate differences.
Requests must be made in writing.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

Cases such as medical emergencies, severe weather, or unavoidable travel disruptions may be reviewed individually at the host’s discretion.
