3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in the booking confirmation.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with respect and care.
• Follow all house rules provided at the time of booking.
• Notify the host immediately of any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
• Ensure only registered guests stay on the property.
• Comply with all local laws, noise regulations, and community guidelines.

5. Damage & Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required depending on the platform or direct booking terms.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damages, theft, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
• The host reserves the right to charge for damages even if discovered after checkout.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking inside the property
• Hosting parties or events without approval
• Illegal activities
• Unauthorized pets (unless pre-approved)

Violation may result in termination of stay without refund.

7. Host Rights

Niagara Escape reserves the right to:

• Decline or cancel bookings if necessary
• Enter the property in emergency situations or for maintenance with prior notice
• Charge additional fees for violations, damages, or additional cleaning

8. Liability

Guests stay at their own risk. Niagara Escape is not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or theft of belongings
• Damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (power outages, weather, etc.)
