Meet Casey Marie
Casey's approach to education is centered around understanding each student's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. She focuses on creating supportive learning environments where students feel encouraged, valued, and capable.
With a Master's degree in Special Education and experience across literacy support, Adapted Physical Education, and one-on-one learning, Casey believes every student deserves support built around who they are. Her work with students with disabilities has shaped her belief that meaningful progress begins with patience, connection, and individualized care.
A Journey Into Special Education
Casey's path into Special Education began with her own experience of recovery and resilience. After sustaining a spinal injury, she navigated a long road back to strength and mobility, and along the way she gained a deep, personal understanding of accessibility, movement, and the everyday challenges that individuals with disabilities face.
That experience changed the way she saw education. What started as her own recovery grew into a genuine passion for helping others move forward. She began working in Adapted Physical Education, supporting students with disabilities one-on-one, and found that helping a child build confidence through movement was some of the most meaningful work she had ever done.
Driven by that purpose, Casey went on to earn her Master's degree in Special Education, building on a foundation in English and literacy from her undergraduate studies. Today, she brings together education, literacy, and movement to support students holistically, meeting each learner where they are and helping them grow with patience, encouragement, and individualized care.
