While I love the story, I felt the constant reassurance of feelings was a bit much. It is beautifully descriptive but often repetitive. However, I do appreciate the fact that it tackled the prejudices of society and the way it resolved conflict.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In a story with many things left unsaid and constant repetitions of certain words like, solace embrace, relation, etc., we navigate between point of views and characters without any description of the characters and what happened to create the conflict. Only on chapter 14 does the reader find out that the first husband had been deployed and was declared dead then came back to his wife. I find lots of telling, very little showing, with multiple repetitions of thoughts and scenes. I suggest to the author some positive and strong editing to improve the overall quality of the story.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I read this book during a weekend getaway and couldn\u2019t put it down. I didn’t realize until I started that this was the 3rd book in the series (now I definitely will go back to 1 and 2). The characters were well-developed, and the plot twists kept me on the edge of my seat. The author\u2019s writing style is both poetic and engaging, making the story come alive. While the pacing was a bit slow at times, the overall story was worth the read. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good romance with a touch of magic.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This final volume of the series is gorgeous. I enjoyed every line and the introduction of Bertrand adds something magical that makes me ask what next? Paris, the city of love is well described and at sometimes I feel I was walking in the streets myself and went to visit the Eiffel tower and Notre dame de Paris among other historical places.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
