Mike started out his music history career on piano. On that he learned to play Blues, Rock’n’Roll, Jazz, and C&W. Later on he picked up accordion and learned Klezmer, various Latin styles, Columbian Vallenato, Brazilian Fogo, and composer Piazzolla.
